Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of the Routinek mobile application and website (the “Service”), operated from Kuwait (“Routinek”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. Who can use Routinek
You must be at least 16 years old. If you are under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for everything done through your account.
2. What Routinek is — and isn't
Routinek is a personal logging companion for supplements, nutrition, hydration and training. Captain, the in-app assistant, logs what you tell it and offers general guidance and information — not coaching, supervision, or professional advice of any kind. Routinek is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Calorie, macro, training and body-composition figures are estimates for reference; any training suggestion is generic and may not suit your body, injuries or circumstances, and you are responsible for judging whether to follow it. Captain never gives medication dosing or medical advice. Always consult a qualified clinician before changing medication, supplements, diet or exercise, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or are under 18.
3. Subscriptions
- Essential and Elite plans are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions through the Apple App Store (and, in future, Google Play). Prices are shown in the store in your local currency before you buy.
- Payment is charged to your store account at confirmation. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel them in your device's subscription settings.
- Cancelling stops future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by the store under its policies.
- Promotional and testing codes grant temporary access and may be withdrawn at any time.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of what you log and the photos or files you share. You give us the licence needed to store and process them to run the Service (including sending photos, files and messages to our AI provider to produce a response). Don't upload content you don't have the right to share or that is unlawful.
5. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service: no reverse engineering, scraping, automated access, reselling, attempting to bypass subscription gating, or using Captain for anything outside its purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
The Routinek name, logo, design, exercise library, plans and software are ours or our licensors'. These Terms don't give you any right to use them beyond using the Service as intended.
7. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the Service running, but it's provided “as is” and may be unavailable at times. We may change or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms — material changes will be announced in the app or by email, and continued use means acceptance.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Routinek is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for any injury or health outcome arising from how you use the information in the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from You → System settings → Delete account. We may terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Sections 4, 6 and 8 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights where you live.
