Delete your account

You can delete your Routinek account, and everything stored with it, at any time. It takes effect immediately and cannot be undone.

In the app

1. Open Routinek and go to You.
2. Open System settings.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

If you cannot open the app

Email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 7 days and reply when it is done.

What is deleted

Your profile, username and photo; your supplements, stock and dose logs; food, meals and water; routines, reminders and workout sessions; photos and files you sent to Captain; connected-app tokens (WHOOP, Oura, Google Health) and the readings stored from them; and your sign-in. Connections to WHOOP, Oura and Google are revoked at the provider.

What is kept, and why

Anonymous usage counters with no link to you (for example, how many AI requests were made in a month) and records we must keep by law, such as purchase receipts held by Apple. An active subscription is managed by Apple: cancel it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone; deleting the account does not cancel it.
