Support

How can we help?

Email [email protected] — we reply within two working days. Include the email you signed up with and your phone model.

How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?

Sign in with the same account, open You → Subscription → Restore purchases. Subscriptions are billed by Apple and follow your Apple ID.

How do I cancel or change my plan?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Routinek. Cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app: You → System settings → Delete account. This removes your profile, logs, routines, sessions and photos from our servers immediately. You can also email us from the address on the account and we'll delete it within 7 days.

Does Routinek give medical advice?

No. Routinek and Captain log, explain and encourage. They never give medication dosing or medical advice — for health decisions, talk to your clinician.

How does Apple Health work with Routinek?

Optional. If you connect it, the app reads steps, weight and sleep to inform your targets and writes your logged food and water back. Health data never leaves your device except as the totals shown in your own account, and is never used for advertising.

Why can't Captain reach the coaching service?

Usually a poor connection. Check your network, then tap + → New conversation in Captain. If it persists, email us with the time it happened.

Reminders and lock-screen widgets aren't showing.

Check You → Notification settings in the app, then iPhone Settings → Notifications → Routinek and Live Activities. Widgets are added from the lock screen or Home Screen editor.

Android?
